Dive into RAIDO with TCD

As part of the RAIDO partner video series, we are pleased to feature Trinity College Dublin (TCD), a key project partner contributing to the human-centred and societal aspects of trustworthy AI.

In this new video, TCD presents its role in RAIDO and the work of its Centre for Innovative Human Systems (CIHS), focusing on societal impact assessment, user engagement, and understanding how people interact with and respond to AI technologies.

A central part of TCD’s contribution is ensuring that the development of RAIDO technologies takes users’ needs, expectations, and perspectives into account. Through activities such as interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires, the team gathers valuable feedback that helps inform the development and evaluation of the project’s AI solutions.

TCD also contributes to RAIDO’s work on AI transparency and acceptance. By examining how AI systems can be made more understandable and meaningful to different stakeholders, its work supports the project’s broader goal of developing AI solutions that are not only technically effective, but also trustworthy and aligned with societal needs.

Through this human-centred approach, TCD helps connect RAIDO’s technological developments with the people who will ultimately interact with and benefit from them.

Watch the video to learn more about TCD’s role in RAIDO and its contribution to the development of trustworthy and human-centred AI.
