RAIDO is fully compliant with the European Commission’s gender equality strategy and the Directorate – General’s for research and Innovations publication “Gendered Innovations 2: How inclusive analysis contributes to research and innovation” by supporting all sexes and genders regarding employment and participation opportunities. Activities during the project implementation, such as R&D, dissemination, project management activities will be carried out avoiding any gender discrimination. Furthermore, a monitoring approach will beadopted regarding mobility matters to provide participation and access to all genders equally which will, also, lead to professional development opportunities.
