Role in RAIDO
In the RAIDO project, Ayesa takes a leadership role as the head of Pilot #1, working closely with PPC to focus on the advancement of smart energy grids. This pilot aims to address the challenges associated with the increasing integration of renewable energy sources into energy grids. Recognizing the unique characteristics of both energy suppliers and consumers in this evolving landscape, Ayesa will leverage sophisticated models to enhance the optimization layer through stochastic and parimutuel algorithms. They will also focus on improving the prediction of energy generation, demand, and supply.
The anticipated outcomes of this pilot include a significant increase in the efficiency and resilience of the energy system. This will contribute to a reduction in CO2 emissions and operational and maintenance (O&M) costs. Ultimately, the pilot will demonstrate the power of combining multiple AI models to achieve more optimal and integrated management of energy systems.
