February 12-13, 2026 | CERTH, Thessaloniki, Greece

The RAIDO consortium recently convened at the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) in Thessaloniki, Greece, for a comprehensive two-day technical-pilots meeting. This gathering brought together technical partners and pilot representatives to align on integration strategies, discuss progress, and chart the course forward for the RAIDO platform development.
Meeting Overview
The meeting focused on bridging the gap between technical development and real-world pilot implementations. Over the course of two intensive days, participants engaged in deep-dive sessions covering the integration architecture, platform capabilities, and the practical application of RAIDO technologies across our diverse pilot use cases.
Technical Alignment and Integration
A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to discussing how various technical components—including the user interface, orchestrator, workflow management systems, and other key elements—will work together seamlessly. This holistic view of the platform architecture ensures that all partners are aligned on the integration pathways and technical dependencies.
The collaborative discussions allowed technical teams to address potential challenges proactively and identify opportunities for optimization across the platform. This cross-functional approach strengthened our understanding of how different components interact and reinforced our commitment to delivering a robust, user-friendly solution.
Pilot Progress and Use Cases
One of the meeting’s highlights was the substantial progress reported by our pilot partners. Each pilot presented updates on their specific use cases and how they plan to leverage the RAIDO platform to address their unique challenges. The discussions revealed:
- Strong momentum in translating pilot requirements into concrete technical implementations
- Clear understanding of how RAIDO’s AI and data optimization capabilities will benefit each use case
- Identification of common challenges and opportunities for knowledge sharing across pilots
- Refined timelines and milestones for pilot deployment phases
The enthusiasm and engagement from pilot partners demonstrated the real-world value that RAIDO is set to deliver across different sectors and applications.
Collaborative Spirit and Next Steps
The meeting exemplified the collaborative spirit that defines the RAIDO consortium. Partners from diverse backgrounds and expertise areas came together with a shared commitment to the project’s success. The productive discussions, problem-solving sessions, and knowledge exchange that took place over these two days have laid a solid foundation for the next phase of development.
Looking ahead, the consortium will build on the momentum generated during this meeting. The insights gained and decisions made will guide our work in the coming months as we continue to refine the platform, advance pilot implementations, and move closer to demonstrating the full potential of reliable AI and data optimization.
Acknowledgments
We extend our sincere gratitude to CERTH for hosting this event and providing an excellent venue for our discussions. The team’s hospitality and logistical support ensured that participants could focus entirely on the important work at hand. We also thank all consortium partners for their active participation, valuable contributions, and unwavering commitment to the RAIDO project.
